Sure, it's a big event - all the nations of the world coming together to find out who's best at volleyball - but is anyone here actually going to WATCH? We'll be posting about it on the Étudiant and all, but I doubt any of our writers will be glued to their TVs, taking advantage of NBC's 24/7 coverage. Your thoughts?

If you watch this years olympics, you should go to china and live there forever. Damn Commies ruin it all. I will not watch one event in the olympics this year due to that fact.

If it were up to me, I'd wipe that city off the face of the earth for its human rights violations and general bullshit the Chinese are capable of. If it's up to Mr.Bush he'll talk shit and then go and watch the Olympics. We all know China will use high end performance enhancing drugs and in some cases not give a fuck if their air is polluted, but hey nobody wants to kick their ass over it or cancel the Olympics in their shit town of Beijing. Then again, why use high end drugs when something as simple as Viagra can increase bloodflow and nobody can tell you shit about it.

Seriously, the Chinese think they can get away with too much nowadays. That's alright, next time we hold the Olympics here we'll genetically engineer our athletes, and then they can fill their quota of bitching and whining.

Did you hear they needed to do genetic testing on the chinese athletes to make sure they were actual women or men?

I've watched plenty of Olympics the past few days, and I must say - as ironic as this will sound - the Chinese are starting to scare me. They take three year old girls away from their parents and make them spend their entire childhoods training for the gold. No, seriously. I can't make this stuff up.

its true, their only goal in life is to train train train for the gold. If they fail, they are euthanized to make way for new ones. If they fail, they put a bad name on their country.
